Ontario writer and artist, Kimberley Payne, in her delightful children’s book, Weather in the Bible Storybook: Bedtime Bible Stories from God’s Weather, turns weather patterns into story tellers who draw lessons from the Bible and encourage young readers to love and trust God and his Word.

Each of the eleven stories begins with “Hello, little friend!”, drawing the child into the devotional. After the story is a bedtime prayer and a Bible account citing Scripture references. Brightly coloured and detailed illustrations are included with each story. At the end of the book, a link is provided to access activities such as a Bible Word Search.
